The lawn mower works fine. The spark plug needed to be changed and that's when the problem arose. I feel the instruction booklet is poorly written. It does not clearly show where the spark plug is located or how to change it - what tool should be used. It also does not indicate the number of the spark plug to purchase. The instructions should be written for a novice lawn mower user.

Easy to use and good product but had a problem when i didnt use it for a month, i did all the troubleshooting that was recommended in the manual. After i took it to get it repair because it was still less than a year i bought it and it was cover in the warranty.Talking to the repairman they been getting a lot of this same product due to its building a deposit in the carburator and engine.After they cleaned it out i havent had any problem But i had to drive almost an hour luckily with no la traffic for an approved repair station.It was a waste of gas and time for something i shouldnt be doing in less than a year i bought this product.

I loved the lawnmower when I first bought it. The self-propelled feature helps me be able to mow the lawn and it takes a much shorter time. Then about the third time I went to use it, it wouldn't start. I took it to the shop and was told the problem wasn't covered under the warranty. Apparantly the fuel line was clogged. The company I took it to did several things to it and said it shouldn't get clogged again. I mowed the lawn once and then the next time it didn't start again. I took it back and it was the fuel line again. My gas was not older than 30 days.

Very easy start-up, catcher holds a lot for fewer trip to the green can. Clean-up is great with the attatched hose conection.

I bought this toro lawn mower last year and its the best mower I've ever bought, easy to use never have any problems saves me so much time its not a long day project anymore to do my yard it cuts perfect!

This mower is the probably the best I have ever used...and I put myself through college doing landscape maintenance. The Toro is very tuff, I have never had any problem with it, extremely easy to use Here in the desert during the summer our grass is Bermuda, then in October we scalp the grass and plant Rye grass. I use the Toro for all 3 operations and have never had a problem
