I am very impressed with this unit. Great battery life. Does the job above expectations. Purchased a second battery and have yet to use the second one, as the first one has a great battery life and gets the job done. I would rate the level of yard work at medium high and this unit works great. Love it!!!

I'm a homeowner with considerable trimming and sidewalk edging to manage. I did not want another gasoline engine to tend to and I don't like the noise they make. This product, with its lithium battery, is a vast improvement over my former lead acid battery operated Toro. It is light and easy to use for trimming or edging. A swivel head facilitates the edging without the awkward hand position of my former Toro. The motor is more powerful and I have yet to run the battery down before finishing the job. It is also very adequate for trimming grass, but not so good for trimming tougher weeds.

This product is very reliable and an excellent performer. The only reason I had concerns is because the shielding intended to protect the operator against flying objects is insufficent - the user definitely needs to wear safety glasses at all times when using the device.

I was looking for a trimmer that would be lighter to carry than a gas trimmer. I was very surprised after 4 uses of the power this battery trimmer has. Our tough grass and weeds were no problem for this trimmer. The battery has a long life and lasted the 40 minutes it takes to trim my yard and still had power to do more. My only complaint it that it is difficult for me to twist the trimmer's head to use as an edger since I have some arthritis in my hands and wrists. Otherwise, this trimmer is a winner in my book. Only got to use it 4 times last summer due to the drought we had, but wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to my family and friends.

I had an Echo gas trimmer for 14 years before switching to this Toro cordless trimmer. I live in the city and have used the Toro for 1 season. The trimmer performs very well. It doesn't have the power of a gas trimmer, but I don't need that much power. If you live on a farm or ranch, the gas trimmer is still your best bet. For light to moderate trimming this trimmer works very well and has great battery life. It seems well built and durable.

This product is lightweight, has excellent balance, minimal viberation, long-lasting battery life, and superb string feed. It is reasonably priced. I recommend it without hesitation.

I have a big yard. It takes about a 45 minute to trim. I have plenty of power for the entire job. Very good trimmer for the money.

I don't like weed wackers at all! Hard to crank up sometimes, etc. This battery run wacker is very convenient--no gas, no oil, no electric cords. I don't have a huge amount of weedwacking to do, so it usually lasts as long as I would need it for at any one time. And it's quieter than other wackers, and lighter weight and easy to use.
