Shipping Policy
 
At this time, items purchased from Torodealer.com can ONLY be shipped within the 50 United States. We are UNABLE to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses, Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam or Mexico.  Certain products can only be shipped to the 48 contiguous states – gas powered products can not be shipped to Hawaii or Alaska. We are also unable to deliver certain items to other island destinations that require transport via ferry. Only CARB compliant products can be shipped to California – these products are denoted on the product page and in the cart.
 
Torodealer.com uses a combination UPS and UPS SurePost* services as well as dealers to deliver our products to you**.  We offer three levels of UPS service – standard ground, 2nd day air or overnight air.  Shipping costs for orders from Torodealer.com depend upon the methods available and the option you choose.
 
*UPS SurePost delivers (packages under 10 pounds) to your local post office and then the USPS does the final delivery to your home. 
 
**There are certain items, due to size and/or weight, which can not be shipped through UPS. These products will be shipped via a delivery carrier and therefore can not be selected to receive next-day or 2nd day delivery. These items can take up to 3 weeks to receive and are unable to be delivered to island destinations requiring transport via ferry.
 
Items generally ship on the 1st business day after the order was submitted.  Next-day or 2nd day orders MUST be submitted by 1:00 p.m. Central Time to ship same day. Next-day or 2nd day options are NOT offered on Gas Powered Single Stage Snowblowers, 2-Stage Snowblowers, Walk Behind Mowers (Gas & Battery) and Zero Turn Mowers.
 
Manuals can be downloaded online free of charge.  If you wish to purchase a manual or technical publication, it will ship USPS. NOTE: Manuals that are not downloadable are reproduced from microfiche – the paper copy you receive will not be as good as the originals.
 
Zero turn mowers, the TimeMaster™ lawnmower, 2-stage snowblowers and SnowMaster™ snowblowers will be set-up and delivered to you by a Torodealer.com dealer.  The dealer will contact you to set up a time for delivery of your product.  It may take 7-14 days to process, setup and deliver your product.  Next-day or 2nd day delivery is NOT available on dealer delivered products.   
 

Shipping ​FAQs 
 
What if I want to get my items faster?
You can select a different shipping speed by clicking the drop-down next to that option on the order form. Note that changing your shipping speed to a faster method will not improve the estimated shipping date, but your estimated delivery date will improve.
 
If I request next-day shipping, will I get my order the next day?
Not all of the items listed on our site are available immediately, so selecting next-day or 2nd day shipping does not necessarily mean your order will arrive in one or two days. There is no weekend pickup or delivery for next-day or 2nd day shipping.  Also, when you select next-day or 2nd day shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame.
 
Inclement Weather Policy
We are not responsible for delivery delays due to inclement weather or other acts of nature and therefore we will NOT reimburse shipping charges for these types of delays.
 
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
 
Gas Powered Products
If you have received a gas powered product that was damaged during shipping, please contact us at 866-292-8665 and we will work with you to resolve the issue. 
 
Any Non-Gas Powered Products
If you have received a non-gas powered product that was damaged during shipping, please log in to your account and click on the “Your Orders” link at the bottom of the page.  Click on the “View Details/Returns” arrow for the order that contains the damaged product.  You will then create a return and select the reason code of “Merchandise was Damaged.”  The system will then guide you through the process of generating a return and supply you with a return mailing label you need to print.
 
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you receive a product other than what you ordered, please contact us at 866-292-8665 and we will work with you to return the wrong product and ship out the correct product.
